SHIPPING

We try to ship out in stock decals right away however, please allow 5-10 days for receipt of in stock decals and 10-15 days for drop ship decals. Special order decals may require additional processing time. We will contact you with an estimated ship date shortly after we receive your order. Feel free to contact us if you need to receive your decal by a certain date.

We ship via USPS for domestic orders. Please contact us for international shipping rates.

RETURN POLICY

What is High Desert Decals Return Policy?
We want you to be happy with your decal purchase. Decals can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the shipping date. A refund for the decal minus 25% of the order total. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Your refund will be issued to the credit card used when the purchase was made. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipping.

If the decal contained an error, please check your order to make sure that the information you provided when you placed the order is correct. If the error is our fault we will gladly mail out a replacement at no charge.

All items must be returned in original condition to receive a refund or exchange. 

To return the decals please include a copy of the shipping invoice along with a note of why you are returning the decal.

Bulk Order Return Policy

High Desert Decals does not offer returns on bulk orders of 12 or more decals of the same design. Please make sure that you order the size, color and style that you want. If you are unsure about the size, color or style we recommend that you place an initial order for one single decal before you order the decals in large quantity. 

If the decals contain an error that was made on the order when the order was placed we cannot be responsible, so please proof the information before you place the order. If High Desert Decals makes an error in the manufacture process we will gladly remake the decals and ship them to you at no charge.

We recommend that you return the decal USPS Priority mail with order confirmation number. Envelopes and boxes are provided for free at your local post office and the shipping label can be printed on the post office website.
